Domino Gx150i Thermal Inkjet Printer
The Domino Gx150i Thermal Inkjet Printer: Precise and High-Quality Coding
The Domino Gx150i is a thermal inkjet printer designed to provide high-resolution, durable, and smudge-resistant prints on a wide range of materials, including electronic components, metals, aluminum, and PCBs.
Thanks to cutting-edge connectivity and the ability to produce high-quality prints, the Gx150i is the ideal solution for batch coding, expiration dates, complex coding formats, weight control, and track & trace applications in various industries, including fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
If you require a high-performance, high-speed coding system, the Domino Gx150i is engineered for seamless integration into your production line, ensuring uncompromised reliability and traceability.
The compact printheads of the Gx150i can be easily integrated into existing production lines and installed up to 25 meters from the controller, making it a highly versatile solution.
Its 7-inch touchscreen and intuitive user interface allow for error-free operation, easy data entry, and uninterrupted productivity.
Why Choose the Domino Gx150i Thermal Inkjet Printer?
The Domino Gx150i thermal inkjet printer offers A-grade code readability (ISO 15415) using Domino inks on high-density data matrix codes*. Additionally, you can accurately print batch, date and time, barcodes using 1 or 2 printheads, with serialization option available.
* Dependent on substrate
For uninterrupted production, the AutoSwap feature of the Domino Gx150i thermal inkjet printer enables cartridge replacement during the printing process. Dual printhead operation allows for coding on 2 sides of the line, for 2 single applications, or for greater message height.
No maintenance is required: changing the ink cartridge replaces all wear parts of the coder. LEDs also show the printing status, indicating, for example, which cartridge needs to be changed.
Variants
The Domino Gx thermal inkjet printer range is also available with EXT and OPT printhead variants. These cartridges improve sealing performance on various substrates, particularly on non-porous thin film PP/PE recyclable products, facilitating the coding of products with irregular surfaces.
The EXT and OPT printheads are the ideal solution for all companies wishing to print codes larger than 12.7 mm without encountering stitching issues when using multiple heads.
